Shipping
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate boxes.
Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
If possible, please include a copy of your packing list with items being returned.
Hardware must be new in box. No returns will be accepted if any item has been installed.
DoorAndWindowHardware.com will not pay for shipping returned items back to buyer after inspection.
Buyer pays for return shipping.
Returned items must be shipped in original packing materials.
Returned items are subject to inspection before store credit will be issued.
Quantity Limits

household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders that use the same shipping address
provided should such limits be applied.
Pricing or Typographical Errors

typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to an error in pricing or product information, DoorAndWindowHardware.com shall have the
right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is
mispriced, DoorAndWindowHardware.com may at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel
your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
